What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy is for customers to pay for shipping via USPS or UPS and buildCOBI.com will assume responsibility for shipment and safe receipt, where applicable. buildCOBI.com assumes responsibility for security of your package from warehouse to destination, but not afterward.

DOMESTIC

Domestic shipping will be based on prevailing USPS Priority Shipping and UPS costs and calculated at checkout. Each shipment will have tracking information provided to the customer and be insured by the shipper. All orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping (in the continental US only), provided they are not close-out items. Orders generally ship within 24 hours, but during high-volume times it may take up to 72 hours to ship.

INTERNATIONAL

Beginning in 2021, international shipping should be available via USPS and other means. Currently Canadian shipping options are available. These are based on US Dollar prices and do not cover customs charges at time to receipt. Until then only domestic orders will be accepted, with the exception of Canadian shipping, which is now available.

What is the return policy?

We will gladly accept returns for six months after the date of purchase if the items are in new condition. Just contact us at customerservice@buildCOBI.com and we will provide you with a RA number and an address to ship the item(s) to. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If there are any major problems with the set or sets OR incorrectly shipped set(s), then buildCOBI will provide return shipping or simply have you keep the item(s) and provide the correct item OR just give you a 100% refund. Availability and Coming Soon Sets.

buildCOBI.com tries our best to keep you informed about the latest set releases, including exclusive Limited Editions as well as hard-to-find Executive Editions and regular versions. That said, we cannot guarantee the availability of any sets if you do choose to sign up for email notifications. Because of the rarity or certain sets they may be permanently out of stock at any time, so it is recommended that you do sign up for the emails and purchase them promptly upon receiving the notifications. Regardless, though, for collectors buildCOBI is still the best place to get things first and find those rare and exclusive sets.
